I gave it my best shot, planted the seed, I hope it takes root.

I was at the car show in Wildwood NJ on the boardwalk this weekend. Along comes Dennis Gage in a golf cart. He went by and the wheels started turning. I had a new copy of the July/August issue of Y Block magazine in my hand, I was going to put it in a truck I saw the day before. I thought here's our opportunity. I went up to him and waited 'till he was done with his clipboard. I think he was picking out cars for shows to be aired in 2007.

I asked if he had heard of the y block guys and told him we race labor day weekend at National Trail Raceway. He said out at Columbus? Then I gave him the Y Block magazine.

I asked if I could take a picture of him, then the people with him asked if I wanted a picture with him. You bet.

If you could tell me how to post a picture I would.

Boy, I'm glad I had that Y Block magazine with me, the guy in the truck didn't get one.

I hope the seed takes root.

Jim and Bob,

How about sending Dennis Cage a propaganda package on the meet! He loves unusual car meets AND fast cars! Chuck
