Can anyone tell me the size of the steering wheel securing nut. Mine needs replacing.

Yes, it is 5/8" UNF.

BTW I forgot to mention what car the nut was for, it's a 1955 Fairlane. Must engage brain next time before posting!

Ford stayed with that nut size for many models for yrs.
