I bought 1959-1960 B9AE 292 motor. The guy said it was used to run a pump for the DNR in northern Wisconsin. The problem I have is that cylinder heads don't have the traditional casting numbers on them, where there suppose to have a casting number it is blank.. All I see is "D11" cast on the end of one and "D13" cast on the other. Hand stamped on one head on the end is "4233". I did a search and of curse is struck out.Any insight would be helpful. Thanks Gentlemen.

It just don't make no Thence!

Sounds like they are early heads.  Look for casting numbers on the side of the head between the exhaust ports, or take a rocker cover off and look for numbers on top.
