I have read in my manual the torque specs for the head but see nothing in there for the rod and main bearing end caps nuts is there a sequence that you have to work up to? Does anyone have this info?

I finally found it in the book it is 80-90 should I go with that or the numbers of 95-105 which I have seen elsewhere

If the block is a 312, I'd go with the lower numbers, especially on the mains. However, this is based on observations from this site & rebuild write ups etc.. I'm not an engine rebuilder..
