I've been trying to do a search here about any details on B manifold upgrades but found nothing. I needed.
Specifically will the same bell crank from the 56 A manifold and teapot work on the B manifold and a 1957 Autolite 4100 carb?
Are there any other things I need to look out for in the process?

Thanks.

No on the bellcrank

Yes, on the carb.

I have a friend that has a 56 Bird.  He went to a B manifold and a later Holley.  The only problem that he had, if I remember correctly, is that the mounting flange for the bell crank was lower on the B manifold.  Otherwise, it fit.  Spacers on the bolts did the trick. I assume a sedan is the same.

For the mounting of the bell crank, I always put in studs in place of using bolts.  Much easier to install and remove with these.

So it sounds it'll mostly be a bolt (or stud) on job. I'll stick with bolts for the bell crank as I don't plan to take it off much.
