John Mummert has a listing of six different kits for y-block 292 engines with numerous optional components that can be added or substituted. You can tailor your order to your needs, he'll work with you...
John supplies quality components... no off-shore junk.
See his web site information at http://www.ford-y-block.com/enginekits.htm
Hope this helps.

+1 for Mummert, he knows the engine and has quality stuff-worth a little extra $ than the bargain basement stuff.
The Y is low density enough that I have had some parts that seemed to be manufactured to "close enough" tolerances.
After trying to go cheap once building my valve train-and having various tolerances and lengths on EVERYTHING-I ended up buying John's stuff-.
When it comes time for a complete tear down, will be buying again.

I've been buying from John for 15 years, built a couple stroker motors, wouldn't go anywhere else. Just got another load of his stuff for project #3. Ted Eaton and Vern Schulman (sp?) also come to mind, but I'm a lot closer to John.

What Mike said, If you live near Texas, see Mummert or give the motor to Tim McMaster. You won't go wrong with any of these guys.
