I was flicking through some old Australian Hot Rod mags last night .There on the front cover of a mid 60's edition was a 32 (,or was it an "A" model  ?) roadster with  a Y Block and  the same " Cross Ram " setup ?? I have never sighted one before ? Don't know what it would drive like ,but it sure has the WOW look .

The "Rams" were addons. I think they started for boats etc. They were made by Offenhauser and several other speed equipment companies from the 60's. I think the Chrysler ram intake may have started it all. I have a low profile version in my collection of odd stuff. This one also has a hat for a remote air cleaner or supecharger connection. Chuck
