Ok I pulled the hood off my 56 Vikki to do bodywork and put the car cover back on.Well the carcover was not waterproof as I had water in the cylinders.Previous owner rebuilt the 292 in2013 but I never tried to start it.The starter wouldn't turn it over and I cant budge it via the damper bolt on the crank.Ive poured marvel mystery oil and trans fluid down the cylinders but no luck yet. This is a 3 speed OD transmission. What can I try next,Thanks

if you live in the pacific north west, you probley have stuck valves, remove rockers and push rods then try to turn the engine. if still no then you have a stuch cyl. may be only 1 so pull the heads and see what cyl shows rust. rebuilt engines more susceptible to sticking.good luck

Water in the cyl's is never a good thing, you can end up with stuck valves, rusted and stuck piston rings as well as rusted cyl walls. Best will be to pull the engine and tear it down, then you can see what will need to be done.
