I am replacing the line that comes from the front junction to the rear and there is no room to get the fitting loose between the fuel line that wraps around and the bolt from the upper control arm how do other people do that task thanks. I even trying to peak with both eyes. thanks

Timmy:

Since you are replacing the line anyway, would it help if you cut it off near the fitting and then slipped a box end wrench in there to turn the fitting?  Or, maybe even a socket with an extension?

Tim, A lot of times the lines were installed before the body was installed making it almost difficult if not impossible to take things off. What you might want to consider is to re route the new line so you can get to it . cut the line or abandon it and put in a new one. It may be that you cant get to the junction to loosen it. And this may be your only choice. Other than that keep trying.

There probably is a clamp holding the fuel line or the brake line down on the side of the fame. If you loosen this, you may have room to work. I know there was one on my 54.

SmileI finally got the line off by cutting it and putting a socket on it after I took the other lines off the junction block then I lifted it up  and was able to put a socket on it. I then ran a shorter piece of line to the back and connected all the lines to the junction now I can work from the back and run the rest
