A buddy just informed me that he was told that ABC Philadelphia, has been sold to Lebaron/ Bonney. If true, I don't know what this will result in quality wise, but from all I've heard in recent times, it's unlikely the service can be any worse..

This year at fall carlisle I walked past the place where ABC always had their stand and an ABC banner was there, but it was a Lebaron/Bonney stand now. They still had ABC seats there. I grabbed some of their literature. It's supposed to be better now. The same stand was at fall hershey.

I used them in the reconstruction of the red "F" code. Excellent quality, not bad to deal with and they didn't promise anything they couldn't deliver. They were small, so in order to get delivery of some materials, they'd have to accumulate several customer orders, and then order material. They told me that going in, so I knew what to expect. Didn't matter at that point, the car was a long way from needing seats! I hope the quality of the product doesn't suffer under new management. Frank/Rebop

I also have used them. I bought the glass rear window that you see in the picture of my 54 Sunliner. Got tired of the plastic always clouding up. I got really good service from them. Gerry

The Labaron Bonny company is a very old old company going back to the horse and buggy days ,,,,very well run , I believe this will be a great improvment ....I talked with abc about a week ago and the were saying a January date for delivery for a total kit ....i can live with that ......................Sam

The last issue of the CVA publication had for ABC with the Labaron-Bonney address. They also had a ad with the old address, no mention of LB. I tried to get a Model A top and a 48 conv.top with a larger back window. They refused . I found that LaBaron-Bonney is a snooty company that will not work with you. It's their way or no way. Also, someone wanted some items for a 54 Skyliner - they said they don't have it, while they had items for a Victoria. Wouldn't sell to the guy because he said he has a Skyliner. I doubt that this is for the better.

Sundance - I was talking about Lebaron Bonney - never had dealings with ABC.
