Do all Y-block heads have the same size exhaust valves?What I'm wondering is: Are the exhaust valves in a ECZ-C head any smaller than any other head?

In a word, no! All Y-blk exhaust valves were 1.51 inches.

Thanks Paul.I thought that was the case.I bought a pair of heads thhat have new seats and guides and the exhaust seats are cut about .014  larger than stock valves for some reason.I wonder if there are any other valves that would work.

Paul,

    Mummert's got them, not sure what he uses but you can get up to 1.60's easily. Hoosier Hurricane uses FE valves I believe, to the same end.
