Hello
Does anyone have a supplier for the "studs" on the intake.. carb, intake manifold, valve covers?
I am thinking of making my own, but my set of Die's are 40 plus years old, and I don't think
I have a 16 pitch anyway.

All but valve cover, a good local hardware store, summit racing.
The valve cover studs are odd, because of their length. They used to be sold at the usual vintage Ford parts places. If not, some all-thread, cut to length works.

My local Ace does not have any or at least I was there...
I might just buy some Die's and make my own...

CASCO shows a hardware kit for the intake to the heads, part # 319. They also have the valve cover studs (320K for the aluminum covers)

Is 1018 cold rolled steel, good enough for the studs?
