I have the disc brake conversion from Auto City Classics. My problem is the hose are being hit by the upper suspension bumper when the car is on a jack? These hoses look to be 14" in length. Anyone else had this problem and what did you do to correct this?

On mine I used some very light Springs purchased at Lowes to hold them out of the way of any Contact with parts of the Suspension. Worked for Me.

What are the length of your hoses? Springs to hold out of the way won't help me.

I used Hoses from 1974 Pinto/Mustang II. Used the 75-80 Granada Calipers. Don't remember the Length but they worked fine. Just had to keep them from getting caught in Suspension as a precaution.

I know what your talking about. I fixed mine by putting a small twist the the line before I torqued it down to the hard line. When the suspension goes up it moves the line out of harms way.

Thanks guys! I will check the length of the Pinto-Mustang hoses. I don't know if a twist in the hose will work for me. My hoses just look too short.

Are the Calipers on the correct Side?
