Pulled plugs when replacing valve springs &c. Any insight?

How many miles are on the plugs ,they look good to me maybe a bit lean maybe

Seems to me maybe 1000 to 1500 miles

Hard to read plugs these days with the fuel. Im sure a lot of the pictures of plugs we see are still old school stuff that shows more colour. From what I see the porcelain is usually "clean" or showing little colour [grey /tan] and generally uniform from top to bottom unlike yours which has a little too much on top. the outer ring seems to be black and fluffy. That's for a common [Australian] plug , not racing.

True, and it's not like I did a ten mile highway run and chopped the throttle and pulled over. They have a little idle/stop light on them.
