here's my suggestion-Auto City classic, Inc. Gas Tanks AND Windshields.
I just installed a new one in my bird and a new gas tank too.
The windshield install, pretty easy-The rest of the trim and all the other stuff related, not so easy-it was very time consuming, SO if it were me (and it was!), for the money I'd install a new one. the t bird was $250.
The cool thing is these guys have a truck that goes around to different events, like GoodGuys and other swap meets, etc. and you might just be able to arrange to pick it up off the truck. I DID, no tax, no delivery.
Shipping is going to be high on a used one unless of course you find one close within 50m
(Paul, I've previewed this message and dang it, it's the best I can do. )

Hey Linc;; Put a new front windshield in our bird last year; Cacco was over stocked on the tinned model and was offering them a reduced cost. Fit perfect and really nice driving into the sun. Give hem a call, they may have what yiu need. Gd Bless

On this subject, does anyone supply new ones for 1957 Fairlane 500s? I know of suppliers of correct flat glass for them, but not windshields or rear glass... Thanks.
