hi cliff just saw your post and was thinking is the 239-256 cam somehow different to the later ones?? something about an oil groove.i am really not sure.

thank you also is there a different dizzy drive gear?? i would gladly buy this but i don't have the earlier motors so have to be careful what i buy

This fits all 1955 and up, and some 1954 motors with the small cam bearings.
