Do any of these linkage parts interchange between 57 Tbird and the 57 full size Fords?   I have two 57 Tbird build projects, one manual trans and one manual with overdrive, that are missing some of these.   If so, I will make the trek to my favorite vintage Ford salvage yard.   Thanks in advance for any assistance!

concoursparts.com sells parts for both Tbirds and full-size Fords. You could start by cross-checking part numbers to see if they are the same/interchange. It's possible that they use different part numbers for different applications, even though the parts might be the same. You could call/email for clarification, if there's any uncertainty.

Blind Willy, after studying my Ford parts Illustrations catalog, the gas pedal #9735, rod #9727, bell crank #9725, pivot #9830, spring #9737, and either #9747 are T-bird only parts, standard and overdrive. The bell cranks attach to the firewall for T-birds, passenger cars attach to the engine. I made automatic linkage parts work with all thread and small tie-rods and springs from hardware parts. If you are looking for authenticity, may be more money. Hope this helps, Good luck. By the way I would buy passenger car parts if the price is right cause they are possibly harder to find.

If I post the MPC ILL's here (1957 FORD & 1957 BIRD - 312 MANUAL TRANS & OD), will it help if you pick out the PN's you need and I will cross-reference them?

Thanks to both 1/8cavman and Kultulz.   I had a feeling the linkage parts were largely unique to T-bird, such as the bell crank and pivot.   The long rods that make the final connection to the 4 bbl carb might interchange with passenger cars or trucks.  Hill’s has most of them (new and/or used) and their catalog has good diagrams with numbers.  I think I’m good for now!   But thanks for chiming in.
