Fellas- I can't find the words to express my gratitude for the kind words. I realize an explanation is in order; I'm not going to go into any detail, however. All I will say is I tried to help someone out and came out on the short end of the stick. After giving it quite a bit of thought, I've chalked it up to another one of life's lessons learned, and put the whole thing behind me. Remember, Although this is the greatest group of Y's guys in the world today not all of the guys are wise. Sorry you had a problem with a member here but I'm glad you decided to come back. Actually Chuck, I have banned two people in the almost 6 years of the site and forums. One was quite early on and I do remember the details, the second was maybe in 2005 or so and I don't even remember what the person did to get banned. The fact that there have only been two is a HUGE testament to the quality of people that hang out here. Check any other forum around and you will find ego vs ego all the time and downright flame wars. We are not really a good cross section of the car hobby. We are ABOVE AVERAGE! It is a pleasure for me to be able to host the website and forums for such a great bunch of people.
Any of you guys that have not yet made Columbus, you REALLY need to plan for it in 2009. You will find one of the neatest bunches of folks that you will ever stumble upon. Even the Aussies and Canadiens!
