Moz,

You're breakin' my heart. I just got back from south Dakota where I was stuck for three days with a broken truck. One night it was 17 degrees below Zero, Farenheight. That's about minus 30 C I think.

Happy New year! to all the "y"ers out there. Let 09 be the year that the world knows they are Back, by breaking more records and winning classes such as Charlie Burns and the Pan-American race car did.

Good luck to all!

Bill

To Have a Happy New Year! - I'll add my thanks - and my appreciation of all you guys who join in here to share their information, photos, ideas and experience.

Its quite an apprenticeship to trail along the various threads on the "Forever" site - Fordmanship (and friendship) far beyond the engines.......

Hope this new year exceeds everyone's expectations!

(and I hope your weather gets better MOZ)

frank did you do another 5000 clutch dump & break your truck how are your fingers & toes no frostbite i hope you win i couldnt survive in that weather.

steve weather man says im going to have sun & 27c for the next 3 days & we all know how right the weather man always is !

earl my girlfriend wont let it go outside aus its sort of her ute i only paid for it ha-ha & as she says i have the customline im allowed to drive the ute untill i get the customline on the road but i did tell her the 272 is my engine.

as a side note ive told you guys about lewis bandt who gave the world the ute & that he had one of his 1933 utes & died in it while making a documentory about it, well he designed all our utes & cars up untill the 70's he was the designer of our mainline utes of which i have one we've just had 1/2 of a ring road built & opened to cars around geelong  they had to build a bridge over a river so then we had a competition to name it so it got named the lewis bandt bridge. now having met lewis when i was a young mechanic & working in a caltex gas station & even being alowed to put gas in his legendary ute i thought it fitting to take one of his creations across his bridge so yesturday in gale force winds  myself my girlfriend helen & the mainline went for a run across the bridge, it was the utes first higway trip since i put the dizzy in & it ran like a dream.
