EJ:The pilot diameters for passenger cars are the same. To get the old bushing out, I take a shaft that is a slip fit into the hole. Metal, plastic, or wood, doesn't matter. Pump the cavity full of grease, level with the outboard face of the bushing. Tap the shaft into the grease, and the bushing will move out a little. Add more grease, tap, more grease, tap until the bushing is out. There is also a puller made for this, probably a Ford service tool from the past. I saw one once.
