Dutchy- I've decided I'd really like one of these, as well. The only thing I need to know before I pull the trigger and order one is, can these be installed without disturbing the heads? Thanks /Duck

Dutchy ,,  What is the exchange  of 200 NZD  to dollars  U.S.  ?  ................Thanks   Sam

It'll set you back $130.00 + whatever shipping is. (In my case $40.00) /Duck *Edit to add; The seller Doesn't accept Visa/ Mastercard, so add another $30.00 for a Western Union money wire (the deal breaker, for me) /Duck

Does the valley cover have the block plate in the rear for the draft tube and the plate in the front so oil can't be blown back thru the filler tube?

Yes it does, I purchased one recently and can confirm this.

:-)

Just reread your question, baffle in the fill tube only, does not have the centre plate like original, the draft tube hole area is cast in there but not drilled. could be drilled if required. But up to the user, I have a PCV valve in the block so did not require.

Cheers

I've been in contact with Mr. Keeys, and believe I've found a solution to the payment problem. Pay Pal would be the way to go, unfortunately it's not an option for me... /Duck

Jimmy- I'm glad the link worked for you- things may become more "doable" now that you're here. I'm glad to see you're on board with PayPal now, and just as soon as I can find someone else who is PayPal friendly as well, I'll be placing an order with you- -Thank You - /Duck

Dutchy- I'm wondering if you've had any experience with shipping (time frame wise) from NZ to the US? I ordered my valley cover and the Pay Pal went through on 07/10 (so Jimmy was paid). He said it would ship on 07/13, and I assume it did. He gave me a NZ postal tracking number which confirmed shipment, but has no provision for tracking the parcel. My question (if you've shipped overseas before) is what kind of time should the parcel take to arrive here in the states? I asked Jimmy and he stated it was out of his hands, now. It's been just over 2 weeks now, and I'm quite in the dark here- Any thoughts? -Thanks- /Duck
By aussiebill - 16 Years Ago
DUCK, i got mine the other day! its very nice, well made and shiney, fits on block with both heads on. Dont worry about post, it will get there any day, mine took 2 weeks instead of 6 days due to jimmy,s wife posting it by normal slow mail, he was quick to point out error and is very good communication wise, best regards aaussie bill.
By charliemccraney - 16 Years Ago
If you've ever looked at the fine print, the post is not guaranteed to arrive in the time stated. Even the "guaranteed" services. I know it's inconvenient, but I would not be concerned until it's about 6 weeks late.
By Duck - 16 Years Ago
Thank you for the reassurance fellas- As I said, I've had no experience with this before. I suppose as I'm used to UPS's services, that's all I have to base any sort of a time frame on. I may also be a tad anxious as well, being as my Y's reassembly is on hold until the valley cover arrives.,,,Smile -Thanks- /Duck

I would not panic yet duck we is a long way from the states, sometimes even coming this way it can be as long as 30 days!!!

It will be worth the wait, Wink
By Duck - 16 Years Ago
Fellas; The wait is over as of this morning- This valley cover is a work of art, absolutely beautiful. It'll be a shame to hide it under an intake. I couldn't be happier- Thanks to all involved... /Duck

Told ya you would like it and it would be worth the wait, I think its the nicest valley pan on the marketWink
