I just made my reservation.
I'm driving up Thursday and coming back Monday. Anyone from the southeast want to try to meet up along the way. I usually take I-75 most of the way there.

A lot of racers stay at the Super 8 at Buckeye Lake. About the same distance from the track as the one in Heath.

OK, just made reservation at Super 8 @ Heath. Bill, the wife is going with me, so we may go up a couple days in advance so she can check out some antique shops. I will probably need to catch a ride from the motel a day or two as I doubt that I can get her to hang out at a race track for three days. Maybe I can hook her up with Barb or some off the other ladies and she might enjoy it more. Look forward to meeting everone in person and put a face with the name. Seems as though I have know some of you for years even though we have never met in person

Thanks Bill, but there is no way this year. Work,the IRS, and having to place my mother inlaw in a nursing home has slowed the project down. I have been promised that my replacement will be hired by the end of July and after a two week transition they are going to let me retire for good! I ordered the roll cage kit and it should be delevered today, so I can haul it to my buddys welding shop and maybe get the chassis finished. I plan on getting with Ted at Columbus and work out a plan for the engine. I still have to collect up a lot of parts and pieces, so maybe next year.
