Does  anyone know if there is a vented oil fill cap polished billet aluminum or stainless for 1 1/4 inch fill tube source of supply?

Moroso makes a vented cap that slips over the Y fill tube and is held in place with clamp.  It is partially shrouded.  Looks good and far better fitting than the usual cheap push in caps.  Finish is chrome.

A possible side effect of a tight fitting clamped cap might be more oil pumped into the air cleaner, as crankcase pressure at high RPMs may overwhelm the restricted PCV passage. While filtered air only (feeding the crank vent) theoretically should minimize engine wear, excessive blow-by oil will quickly foul a paper filter in a closed system. A push-on cap seems to allow extra venting when pressure is high, but don't ask me to explain why this seems to reduce oil pumping. My restrictive cotton-filtered, clamp-on cap dripped continually, so I went back to a push-on. Loosening the clamp every time you need to add oil is also a pain.

I am finding any push type oil cap that will fit a 1/1/4 opening (oil fill pipe ID) with the right grommet for a push in oil cap.  These are the caps which "push" into a grommet that fits tight in a 1 1/4 inch hole (pipe in the valley cover or hole in a valve cover). The groument I tried was from an application which fits a valve cover oil fill push cap. This grommet fits not only in the hole in the valve cover, but also the fill pipe exiting the valley pan. Of course, I have no experience in this engine, but I am attempting to figure out what works and what dosen't. So if someone can tell me this is not a good idea, I can go back to trial and error.  The other idea I came up with was using something to slip over the oil fill pipe which exits the valley pan. A 1 1/2 inch chrome plumbing drain pipe can be cut to length and slid over the stock pipe. Sounds tacky, but it does dress up any pipe which is needs a little help to look good. Even better is the 1 1/2 brushed stainless steel pipe found in a shower wall hand rail. Personally, I prefer the original stock pipe shortened a little and dressed up with the stainless steel cover. Its a perfect fit and a good match if your adding an after market finished oil fill cap. Keeping my head down for even suggesting a Y block be decked out with a plumbing drain pipe!

...It is also a "clamped" type with a radiator clamp to mount onto the pipe. Size is for 1-3/8 tubing (35 mm inside diameter).
