LOOKING FOR IDEAS ON SHIFT LINKAGE FOR C4 BEHIND A Y BLOCK,  WANT TO USE ORIGINAL COLUMN SHIFTER, THANKS FOR ANY HELP.

Take a look at Lokar products  . Maybe Gennie as well . They all have plenty of linkages to suit plenty of models.Surely something would fit ?? Or you could make it fit .

The shift linkage on the trans is different between a floor shift and a column shift, so I am told - one up and down?
