Try Larry's in California. They made my '55 interior in the '56 buckskin brown material and the cost was not too bad. The fit was great because they are working from good patterns not the old seat upholstery. While you are at it be sure to get new foam cushions for seat and back from them, this is important to get the fit correct. If I remember correctly, they told me they make most of the T bird interiors no matter who sells them but I got my complete interior over 10 years ago so it is a little hazy. Here is another pic
