Oil Pump Question

Okay, so I just got a new Melling oil pump from ebay [via Mad Dog Racing] and I've been fightin like hell to get the fitting on the front of it - the one that secures the hose running to the sucker in the oil pain... then I realized the fitting was a courser thread than the threading of the oil pump.  I checked my old pump and whoever owned it before me had just forced the threads on, so my question is - where do I get the new fitting?  The only Y block in my local junkyards pretty has that fitting pretty much fused as a piece of an old Edsel from 20 years of sit.

Anyone have any ideas?  Hardware, parts, and hydraulics stores all scratched their heads sending me on a goose chase.
