What do you want to modify and why?

The best step up on a teapot carb is to go to the 1956 Lincoln. The ford teapot is around 370cfms, and the lincoln is around 390cfms which can make some difference.Smile

Gary i have a 56 lincoln carb  can you buy rebuild kits for them or is it the same kit as the ford

I'll let John or Frank answer that one being their more familiar with this carb than me. I have a rebuilt one I bought in Columbus OH. of which I'm thinking about selling. These are quite expensive and if I'm correct I believe they take a different kit than the regular 4000 ford.

Carl:

I believe the available kits for the teapots have enough parts to service both the Lincoln and the Ford carb.

Gary,

I've gotten two kits for parts, and so far the kits have everything for both carbs. These are aftermarket kits, never saw a real Holley kit for one.
