Anyone know of a replacement Dual MS for my Single MS on my '55 Ford Customline? I'm looking for a direct bolt-in using the original push rod with just replumbing involved. Thanks~~~~~~Ron

If you have all drum brakes, and early Mustang will work - not sure about the rod though - its a minor item anyway. If you have disc fronts, 75-80 Granada/Monarch. They have them for power and non-power set ups. You will have to make some adj's on the rod, at least I did on my 54. The only thing on the rod is you have to have about 1/16ths play. Not a big deal to get it right.

Bought a new 1967 Dual Mustang M/C. It has two exact same size bowls. The front bowl (towards the radiator) has a 9/16x18 line and the rear bowl (towards firewall) has a 1/2x20 line. Can someone tell me which bowl goes to the front brakes? If I understand correctly....the bowl that goes to the rear brakes has a built in #10 residual valve to keep the rear shoes closer to the drums for quicker reaction time.  All help appreciated!!!!  Thanks~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~Ron

Installed the 1967 Mustang manual/manual/drum M/C today in my manual/manual/drum 1955 Ford. It bolted right in with no modifications. I hooked the front bowl (large port) to the front brakes and the smaller port on the rear bowl to the rear brakes. I bought some brass fittings and a T to put in a brake lite switch. Hooked it all up with no metering valve, combination valve, residual valves in front and rear or proporitioning valve as some suggested on other forums. I purchased a 3/8"x10 1/2" Round Turnbuckle and modifyed it to my brake pedal. Hooked right up with the special bolt on the pedal. You can purchase a universal push rod kit from MP brakes for $15.00 plus shipping. I didn't have time to wait.

The brakes work perfectly!!! Has great pedal without pumping, stops straight, no lock-up, no pulling left or right and etc. I can lock all four up if so desired. Very happy with the setup and feel much safer with the dual M/C.  Hope this information helps other considering the change.~~~~~~~~~~~Ron
