We left Ala thur am. No problems until 35E south of Dallas. All hades broke loose,

rained several feet, parts of road closed, this added several hours...

Event was moved to their expo ctr which was great... weather was beautiful,

sunny hi 70's. Not a lot of Y's their other than stock one in cute vehicles. (RED

T-bird was awesome though.) Enjoyed it, My son took his "36 p.u." with a flathead

with Twin Turbo's. It got a few looks. His friend took a '26 built roadster w/falcon

6 in it with a turbo also with many original touches..... See Ya their next year...Bill

Hey Bill, I sent you a PM a few days ago trying to find out where you were in AL, but I just found out from the web site. I am just south of Montgomery. The boys have some interesting looking projects, I love the roadster, "Chicken salad from Chicken S--t". My sister lives just north of you in Ralph just off I59, the next time I am up that way, I will stop by and check out the operation.

Sorry I did not get to talk to y'all.  Saw the flattie twin turbo and the I6 Turbo Fri nite on South Congress.  Too much going on.  Sat did not get to the site till 2:30 and got to make one pass up and down each aisle.

55 Merc black w/ purple flames and 292 was cool.  Two - wow! 2 - Turnpike Cruisers.  One in a 58 Merc and one in 40 Ford PU some said was made from 40 Auto.

Took up too much of Sam Criswell's time talking about the 57 Bird.  Drew Hargrove had a 4 dooe w/ a Y Block.
