I was in Phoenix for a few days about a year ago. I don't know about swap meets, but there sure a lot of interesting salvage yards around there.

I went to Desert Valley Auto Parts outside Phoenix. A lot of over-priced junk. They have a web site you can check.

  Try (www.socalcarculture.com) gives you event data listed by month for cruises,shows,swapmeets(Pomona),plus pics of previous events!That way you can pick and choose events per your schedule! KID
