Hi.

I´m new and glad to be here.

I´ll order some parts next month in the USA. I´m from Germany and the most dealers here didn´t help me at all. All I need for a nice lowering and a discbrake conversion will be here soon. I also think about a suitable Power Steering like the CPP "Toyota Kit". But there´s no steering pump or any bracket at my engine.

Could anyone tell me what kind of pump I should prefer and where I´ll find the necessary brackets, pulley and everything else to make an easy fit?

Thank you ... Marcel

PS: Sorry for my bad english!

Marcel;

I am assuming you have a Y-Block engine in your 1960 Ford truck. If so, Eaton power steering pumps and brackets come up on Ebay from time to time, so I would suggest you look there. Just do a search for "Ford Y Block".  Also, John Mummert in California sells brackets to fit the more modern Saginaw (GM) power steering pumps. You can view his website at http://www.ford-y-block.com/

Hope this helps and welcome to the site!

Thank you for reply. I had problems with my account and so I must create a new one. I found what I was looking for at John Mummerts home page.

cheers .... Marcel
