I was at the VLV, lotsa nice Y's. Talked to the guy with the Y engine showing, he said all his buddies tried talking him into going scrub.....he said Y was the only way to go. Gary

I also attended just  Saturday.  Found one guy that had a 54? I think it was F100 with a Y and Edelbrock valve covers. Still had the front cross over pipe. Anyway it had a huge puddle of oil under it. I looked a little closer and he had the lower mounted engine breather blocked off and nothing up on top going through the valley cover, for any other type of breather I would imagin the pressure would be a litttle up on that one!! making it really leak.
