A while back I did a favor for a tourist from Canada who needed some One dollar bills.I traded him 5 ones for a Canadian $5 dollar bill.I have since found out that I can't spend it here or even take it to my bank.I'd have to take it to a Federal Reserve Bank and only get about $4.50 for it.The nearest Fed bank is 90 miles from here,so that wouldn't be very profitable. So,the first of you guys from north of the border that sends me a mailing address will receive, free of charge, one Canadian $5 bill.My email is ph101842@yahoo.com.

PH: the Canadian $ was at about $1.02 U.S. a couple of days ago & probably headed higher. Never know, you might make a profit in the future.. heh, heh.
Lon: A $7.00 (Canadian) note? There isn't any such bill, so what did you receive?..A check? or ??

Careful Rob. Any country that uses "Loonies" as money has it's own problems.

Frank,
At least we admit we have "Loonies" and the decision to go to the one dollar coin with a Loon on it was the government................. need I say more!!!!!!!

We don't have no wooden nickles or dimes here in Au ,but I will try and bring some "Brass Razoo's " with me . These are a very rare Australian coins ??? .Maybe I could be talked into selling the Canadians ( Rob ) a few of them . Lon PS .Aussie Bill will testify to just how rare these "Brass Razoo's " are .
