Hi Guys,

Removed my rocker arms to clean up and reestablish the proper oil flow. Not sure how to remove the rocker arm shaft support blocks from the shaft?

Thanks- AR

Once you take the cotter pins out of the ends you can usually tap them out with a mallet. Often twisting them will help. Keep track of the order everything comes off as they need to go back the same. Chuck in NH

Squeeze the blocks on their sides in vyce, it elongates the hole to make removal easier.

This might help a little.

I don't think I show how to remove the plugs from the ends but it was said before to drill them just big enough for a machine screw and pull with a slide hammer or vice grip. Once you have one side out you can drive the other with a long rod.

Great!  Cannot be any clearer. Appreciate the feed back and I will continue the journey. I put the external oiler back in the box for now!

Thanks-AR

Make sure you mark the arms in order of assembly.I cut a little slot(s) on the top arch with a hacksaw blade.1 2 3 etc.
