I have a chance to buy a used Husky compressor 7 HP 60 gallon upright.  Does anyone know if they are a good compressor?  Appreciate any help.  Thanks.

I just bought one about 4 months ago, so far very happy with it. Runs my die grinder--1/2 in impact etc etc.  Have Fun  God Bless  Eddie

More important is how you plan on using the compressor. If you are only going to fill tires or occassionally use a die grinder, almost any compressor will work. If you are going to do lots of work with air tools, spray paint or media blasting, get a good 2 stage air compressor with an 80 gallon tank and at least 5 HP and you won't be dissapointed.

Not to run you away from here at all, but you might ask your question over here on the Garage Journal. You'll get a ton of replies and they may already have a review of that one if you do a search.

If you plan on using your compressor for a lot of different tools, paint, media blasting, the more important factor is CFM. More CFM equals more tools it can run simultaneously, or the better it can fuel certain tools. Just an FYI, up to 20 CFM will keep you happy with grinders, nail guns, filling tires. 20+ CFM will better operate HPLV paint guns, media blasters, etc. Happy hunting!!! Ryan
