Those look like early Hedman for T-Bird. They will not bolt on with the outlets pointed downward, the front suspension is in the way. They might bolt on upside down and a fenderwell exit type outlet pipe used. That would require cutting holes in the inner fenders, then routing the pipes to the mufflers will be another headache.

Those look a lot like the Hedmans I had in the late 60's, and pretty much like the Red's I have on the 'bird now. They are not proper Tri-Y's, as the tubes don't match the firing order (one side should "cross over"). Then and not long ago, that was all we could get. Much better headers are available now.
