The Speed-O-Motive rotating assemblies were a good buy back in their day.  They also offered ready machined blocks to go along with their kits.  The last one of those rotating assemblies I used was in the Eighties.  That particular kit was for a 460 Ford and the machine work was spot on.

one the first page it states we still have a complete line of stroker kits for flathead fords at special reduced prices.nothing more about them.the old flathead was on its way out.in its day it was probably their biggest seller.

They're still around. That bunch of yblock parts I scored on a couple months ago had Speed-o-Motive stickers on most of the boxes. I emailed them to let them know I picked up these parts that had dates on them from '68. They got back to me saying they get emails about once a month from people who run across their parts from back then. They also mentioned they do about 1 yblock a year for people.

I bought a set of their reconditioned EBU rods a few years back (which I will likely never use, in case anyone needs). Had an old local FoMoCo dealer mechanic check them for specs. He said work was excellent.
