hello everyone .I have a chance to make a offer on a fairly clean 312 dual quad ford intake with ford carbs .open to suggestions of a fair offer .sorry no picture now.

I $285 for a 57 ford dual quad manifold without carbs. If it is complete with linkage it should be worth between $250 and $500.

Heres a pic,it's looking like he wants more than $500. since $500 is max i was going to pay i'm done. He says he paid $500 plus gas to get it.

Do you know what the numbers are on the carbs?

 I copied the message he sent, here you go >My intake has the number ECZ9424-D. The carbs are not correct to the intake as i found out in my research. Carb numbers are ECZ 9510 M list 1161 2 Those carbs are correct for a 56 ford 312.

For the price, i have $500 into it with buying price an gas to get it. So we are a bit off on price. Let me know what your thinking on it

Well the price is just about correct.

Intakes go for around $300.00 and that one looks to be in nice shape with a thermostat outlet.

Carbs at about $100.00 apiece since they are not the correct items for the "E" setup.

So $500.00 and gas to fetch them is right on the money for that setup.

 been to busy to stop in. Good news seller found a project and  decided to take my offer. so we will hopefully get it together sooner than later.
