Stainless Steel Freeze Plugs in Block?

I've heard stainless steel freeze plugs (the 4 plugs, 1 & 3/4 inch ones, in the block) are longer lasting than the brass ones. True? Where is a source for these?

One is just as good as the other, I've used both.  I know Pioneer has a line of stainless plugs.

Either one will probably outlast you if you maintain the coolant.
