RE: 1954 Ford Ranch Wagon
My upper A arms outside bearing flange measure 10.5". I think it needs to be opened to more like 12" to support the bushings and swing arm. Any info appreciated.

I have a couple of '56 arms lying in my garage - they are 10-1/2 inches inside to inside at the faces where the pivot shaft / bushings pass through. I believe they are the same parts as the '54 uses.
