Does anyone have a source for good quality, after-market finned aluminum valve covers with the T-bird logo, the style that came on the Y-block T-birds from the factory?  Thanks in advance, Ron.

The repros are probably all made by one company. All the Tbird parts suppliers have these.

SB: Do you know if they're polished aluminum or chromed aluminum?  Is the quality tall enough to look good and resist oil leaks, etc.?  Thanks, Ron

Check out this guy!

He's in Brazil but has some decent products. Not sure about shipping though. He also makes his version of the Thunderbird valve covers.

Different but nice. Chuck

Ron,

Don't think this guy does valve covers but he completes the set http://www.rexhp.com/products.html.

As far as I know Tbird valve covers are done as repops and should be available through any Tbird specialist.

Cheers

Warren

I got mine from a shop in Corona, When i put them on they where leaking very bad, took them of and they where like a banana so i had to get them machined to get them straight. It's to far to do a complaint from Sweden.

Just check this before you buy. I was just so overwhelmed by this covers so i just paid and left happilyBigGrin
