Rick, I have had trouble finding the correct flange too. Went to three exhaust shops the last time this came up, and ended up with one that looks very similar to your pic. However it extends out past the RH flange, and it had a smaller bore, maybe 1.75 or 1 7/8. I used a piece of 2 1/8 exhaust pipe to scribe a centered circle, and removed material carefully with rotary bit to achieve a snug fit. That is as large as the exhaust pipe can be at that point, because of interference with the mounting nuts.

I carefully measured the mount point on the manifold (and the gasket), and compared it to the flange above. (Actually the one below....the one above is the wrong one for the center-to-center bolt measurement)

I am planning to use 2" pipe. I'll just use some pieces of bends and weld it all together with my GTAW welder.
I've finally got the engine mounts that I want to use. Once I get them installed, I'll do the downpipes...
