I didn't realize these things had gotten so far out of hand. The last NOS set of curved script Edelbrock Y block valve covers went for something like $550 or so...These are used..check it out....

I'll have to send a link of that to my buddy. He agonized over paying $250 for a decent set at the Pate Swap Meet last year. (I didn't have the money or I would have jumped on them at that price).

Who knows if the seller will get that or not? A single piece of cowl trim for 63/64 Ford truck sold for $175 on e-bay last week.

It's one thing for an auction to start low and go high because everyone wants it... certainly another for someone to START the sale at $1500 for an intake and carb. What makes the thing so special to be so high? School me someone.
