'56 Victoria with 292 (?). I'm trying to install one of Ole Irish Daves master cylinders and booster. Everything fits great. The only queston I have is the vacumn line off the back of the "teapot" seems to be to small and since I never use the vacumn wipers will the vacumn line from the fuel pump for the wipers work as a vacumn line for the booster????

Thanks Jim

My buddy with a 55 2bbl 272 tee'd into the vacuum line to the wiper motor.Works fine.Just a suggestion.I have the same booster on mine and I redrilled the hole in the pedal arm lower down so the pushrod is not on the extreme angle as it is when you use the stock hole. Also I used a rubber body plug as a dust seal where the pushrod comes through the firewall.I cut a series of straight cuts from the centre to the edge of the plug. This allows the rubber to flex when the pushrod moves but provides a fairly decent dust seal. There is one size body plug that is exactly the right size for the hole in the firewall.

Thanks....I'm getting there, now all I have to do is run new brake lines from the block on the frame to the master cylilnder and bleed the system (bench bleed mc 1st) then hopefullly I'll have better braking. Thanks again
