I received this in the mail today and would like to pass it on.
I'm plan to attend. Ralph Alix told me today that he ran the black 57 at MoKan dragway for some good times, his first time to drive it. Sounds like a good story for YBlock Magazine!
Also to his surprise was awarded a plaque for the 'best" vintage dragcar!

I think thats the best picture of Sam I've seen. It is the picture I have in my head of his last visit to Columbus. Wish I could be there. Chuck

Ralph isn't on the net much so I'm doing this with his approval. I really would like him to be able to get with Bob Martin and have Ralphs & Sam's Ford experience related in YBlock Magazine.

alan, would love to be there. when ralph and sam left with the johnson 57 from my house,it was a sad day for me, but am so glad that sam derived so much pleasure in that car.thanks to you for being a part of making that happen..Smile
