Does anyone have a socket rail like this:

I'm wondering if those square thingies can be turned 90 degrees - remove the end piece, slide them off the rail, turn them, and reinstall them. As supplied, I will not be able to see the socket sizes when they are in the locked position. I'd like to be able to read them when locked.

Just change the position of the socket so the size shows when locked?

They're impact sockets which have only one possible position.

I went ahead and bought some and yes, those thingies can be removed, turned, and reinstalled. They're pretty nice. The magnet is strong enough to hold a full rack of sockets on the side of my tool box. That's not where they will stay, but it's pretty sweet.
