Napa used to have an application if I looked it up with my truck as the vehicle, but not anymore. Is the number RS621?

Charlie, I don't know if that is the correct number or not, but I do know that they are no longer available. The only place that I know of that has shafts is Vern Shumann, spelling not correct, but you know who I'm talking about.

I assume John Mummert has them. I see them on ebay all the time.

Theres at least 3 listings on Ebay for multiple shafts available. There's on pair for $45/pr.Search "Ford Y block rocker shafts".

Some of the Ebay ads indicate RS621 but other places it is indicated for an FE. Are they the same?

I think FE is 641.Y block is 621 They are not the same.If you do a search for "641 Rocker Shaft" it comes up as FE series 352 390 etc.621 is a misprint when used as FE part compatible.

A side note on the F.E.vs Y-Blk rocker shafts. What is the same about them if I recall correctly, is the end plugs. Also, I believe Schuman & Mummert are stocking the same rocker shafts.

I found Melling shafts at Autozone, MRS-621. I emailed Melling and they say they are still available, meaning they aren't just inventory Autozone happened to have on hand. Made in USA, too.
