I'm not sure as the number you gave is an engineering number, best guess from my parts books is a 1963 Ford truck 401/477/534 V8.

Thats the number cast into the damper. Its a two V belt setup but the snout on the back is way too short for the Y. You may have it right on the engine ID. Chuck
