Been quite quiet at my garage lately, but now I have something new to show. Homemade headers for single turbo setup! I still need to make connecting pipes to the flange that attaches to the big Rajay turbo and then some more thinking and doing

So...eehh, one hour at the garage and things do look a little different . Laser cut flanges came yesterday and I could do some more welding. Exhaust pipe is still missing and all the seams must be welded properly, but otherwise it looks just what I planned. BTW that 272 engine is just a standing work bench to fabricate parts and that turbo setup ends to ... hmmm, we don't know yet.

Now that looks good! Is this going to go on Hollow machine?

Maybe it will.... if it won't fit under yfreak57's country sedans hood . I think it would go under say '56 F-100 or something, but we don't have one... Time will tell!

If I'm not mistaken, a slight change in the od of that crossover pipe, a couple of flanges, capping the backside exhaust flange on the passenger side manifold, & this could easily be a turbo kit you could sell to the rest of the world as an economical horsepower solotion!! Guys with trucks would need to only bolt on your flanged crossover & buy the turbo! Guys with duals on cars would need to get single exh. manifolds.... I'd buy the kit. Where do I send the check?

Wow that looks amazing and very unique I would love to be able to put that under the hood of my 57 Fairlane 500 if you end up selling a few I would put the money down to buy one in a heart beat

hey nice headers. with those headers just like they are without the crossoer pipe, in a truck like my 64, would put the turbos,on a twin turbo setup, right in a nice open spot and the inlet could be positioned to face the front of the truck. just a thought.
