You know of a good vendor that has a good spark plug set? Bought one that the clips stuck in the distributor when I carefully tried to pull it out. Appreciate it,waiting to put my 312 in.

I've used Taylor 8MM wires on my TBird and 54 (312) with no problems. Bought the universal kits. get the tool too - much easier to crimp the ends so they don't pull off.

I prefer the kit from CASCO... it is pretty good on the pre-made lengths and almost a "no-brainer" to install because they are all marked for idiots like me, lol.

I have used the 8MM Taylor kits also for the last three engines I built. I like their quality, and choice of wire ends and color types. As Paul suggested, get the cut and crimping tool. It makes the job a lot easier.

I bought a set of 7mm silicone leads in black, with the correct angled heads to miss the exhaust,off of fleaBay. Correct length, reasonable price, and numbered too.
